Our Vision

Loving God and others through Jesus Christ

Our Mission

Building community by serving God and others.

Our Core Values

  • We believe in being a Bible based community seeking unity in essentials, grace in non-essentials, and in all things love.
  • We believe in the Holy Trinity, God the Father, Jesus Christ his son, and the Holy Spirit.
  • We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
  • We are to obey Jesus' Great Commandment to love God and each other.
  • Everyone is created in the image of God and we value them as God's creation.
  • We are to love and accept all people even though we may not agree with their choices.
  • We are to build community and represent God to our community.
  • We are to serve God, the church, and our community.
  • There is Power in Prayer as we listen for God's voice.
  • Encourage unity in families, our church, our community and the world.
  • Strive to be a safe place for people to seek help and spiritual restoration.

Our History

Homedale Friends Community Church was first located in Homedale on West Montana and Third Street. The church was remodeled  in 1958 in which the bell tower was repurposed as a staircase leading to new class rooms in a new second story. The Friends Community Church moved to its current location in 2004. The original bell was installed at the new location keeping a wonderful piece of history alive.
